Our story

We couldn't afford meal prep. So we made our own.

We didn't come from money. We came from jobs, gym sessions squeezed around shifts, and supermarket receipts that never worked out. Every meal prep company in Singapore wanted $13 to $16 for a single meal. Eating clean was priced like a luxury.

So we did the annoying thing. We learned the marinades ourselves, bought the chicken ourselves, and prepped in a home kitchen until it tasted better than the stuff we couldn't afford. No preservatives, no additives, nothing artificial, because that's how you cook when you're feeding yourself.

Cheekies exists for one reason: healthy food shouldn't be a flex. If you're grinding, training, raising kids, or just tired of cup noodles at 10pm, this is for you. Halal-certified, high-protein, honest prices. That's the whole pitch.

You've probably seen him on @cheekies_sg, taste-testing batches and answering DMs himself. Cheekies isn't a faceless brand, it's his kitchen, scaled up.

How we got here

From one kitchen to island-wide.

The itch

Priced out of eating well

Training hard, working harder, and every meal prep menu in Singapore reads like a fine-dining bill. Something had to give.

First batch

The home kitchen era

Marinades tested on friends and gym mates until the black pepper blend stopped getting feedback and started getting orders.

Going live

Cheekies opens its store

Halal-certified, no preservatives, priced so a student or a shift worker can actually afford to eat clean every day.

Today

Still no nonsense

35 verified reviews and counting, CDC vouchers accepted, delivery island-wide. Same recipes, same reason for existing.

What we stand on

Three rules we don't break.

No nonsense

No buzzwords, no gimmicks, no "wellness" markup. Quality you can taste, claims we can back.

Halal, always

Muslim-owned and halal-certified from day one. Not an afterthought, not a filter option. The default.

Priced for real life

If our own younger selves couldn't afford it, it doesn't go on the menu. That's the test every price passes.

Taste the chip on our shoulder.

Every order keeps honest meal prep on the menu for people like us.
